Dr. Scott Bublin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Scott Bublin is President and CEO of Mobile Reasoning, Inc. and has served in that role since the firm’s founding in 2003.  Scott has more than 18 years experience leading two software technology firms, designing new commercial software products, and helping clients leverage distributed computing technology to create transformational business solutions and processes.  In his role as President, Scott is responsible for the firm’s vision, strategy, execution, and most importantly, client success and satisfaction.  Consequently, Scott spends a considerable amount of his time with clients, helping them build the right solution to the right problem the right way.

Prior to Mobile Reasoning, Scott was President and CEO of Applied Reasoning Systems Corporation from its founding in 1992 until 2003.  Under his leadership, Applied Reasoning became a key provider of Java technology-based distributed computing software development products and services to a number of large-scale business process reengineering projects at Fortune 500 companies and government organizations.  Some of the firm’s customers included: AIG, Bank One, Bell South, Disney, First USA, GlaxoSmithKline, J.P. Morgan Chase, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Lockheed Martin, Progressive Insurance, Sprint, Sprint PCS, and Verizon. The firm had successful partnerships with BEA Systems and Hewlett-Packard and its products were distributed in both Europe and Asia. In 2001, Applied Reasoning was recognized by Deloitte & Touche as the 232^nd fastest growing technology firm in the U.S. over a five-year period with revenues of more than $10 million.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
