Deborah Couch

Director, Client Solutions and Services

Ms. Deborah Couch joined Mobile Reasoning, Inc. in September 2006 as Director, Client Solutions.  Ms. Couch has more than seventeen years experience in high technology solutions, partner management, business development, and business process consulting with firms delivering solutions to both commercial and government clients.  She brings considerable expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), mobile workforce optimization, and knowledge management solutions for large, distributed workforces.  As Director, her responsibilities include business development, solution analysis and design, project management, management consulting, and client relationship management.

Deborah has held key staff and management positions with a number of technology solution providers, emerging technology software companies, and consulting firms, including Cubic Corporation, Sprint, and Pivotal Corporation.  Before joining Mobile Reasoning, Ms. Couch was Government Services Director at the Triple-I Corporation, a leading knowledge management solutions provider, where her work supported U.S. Army knowledge management efforts, including the Battle Command Knowledge System (BCKS), Joint Knowledge Development and Distribution Capability (JKDDC), Joint Fires Knowledge Network, and the Combined Arms Support Command Knowledge Portal.  As Global Sales Strategy Director for Pivotal Corporation, Deborah managed training, customer-facing team process engineering, and knowledge management initiatives for worldwide direct sales, sales engineers and systems integrator partners of Pivotal’s leading CRM product line.

Ms. Couch received a Bachelors of Science in business from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Knowledge Manager from the International Knowledge Management Institute.
